Roberto Ciaschi was the development lead and is currently the team leader for AIMM within the IAQG. He started his career as an Associate Professor at the Universidad Industrial de Santander in Colombia, then worked as a Quality Assurance and Quality Control Laboratory Manager at Agusta Westland in Italy. In 1989, he joined the European Space Agency (ESA), where he became Head of the Quality and Dependability Division until he retired in 2016.
